摘 要:指出了饮食文化是岭南文化中的核心文化之一,以广府菜为代表的粤菜自然在岭南文化中占据重要的位置。饮食文化的发展与餐饮空间密不可分。随着时代的发展,广州酒家园林便应运而生。从粤菜入手探究了广州酒家园林的发展脉络,总结了酒家园林的常用设计手法,并简要阐述了3个最具代表性的酒家园林,展示了广州酒家园林对于发扬和传承本土地域文化起到的重要作用。As the core of Lingnan culture,Cantonese cuisine including Khanfou cuisine play an important part in Lingnan culture.Diet culture and dining areas are tightly related.Garden Restaurants in Guangzhou have been appeared over time.This paper sums up the development of Guangzhou Garden Restaurants through Cantonese cuisine.What’s more,typical design methods of the restaurants are also discussed.Three typical Garden Restaurants are briefly introduced at last,which shows the vital importance of Guangzhou Garden Restaurants in inheriting and promoting local culture.
