肠上皮下肌成纤维细胞与肠型胃癌相关性的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的检测肠上皮下肌成纤维细胞(ISEMF)在肠型胃癌中的表达及分布,初步探讨其与肠型胃癌之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法,采用α-肌动蛋白(α-SMA)单克隆抗体检测ISEMF在30例正常对照组胃黏膜及45例肠型胃癌中的分布与表达。结果肠上皮下肌成纤维细胞在正常胃黏膜中表达阳性率低且均为弱阳性,散在分布于腺体中间;在肠型胃癌中肠上皮下肌成纤维细胞表达阳性率高,在肿瘤组织间呈无规律的小片状分布。慢性胃炎对照组每高倍视野α-SMA阳性ISEMF为43.4±6.5,在早期肠型胃癌组每高倍视野α-SMA阳性ISEMF为72.3±8.2,两组间具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论α-SMA阳性ISEMF在早期肠型胃癌与正常胃黏膜间质中分布及表达均存在明显差异,在肠型胃癌黏膜间质中有增多的趋势,提示ISEMF参与了肠型胃癌的发生、发展过程。Objective To investigate the relationship between ISEMF and intestinal gastric carcinoma. Methods The immunohistochemical technique was used to detect expression of α-SMA in intestinal gastric carcinoma and normal controls. Results ISEMF in intestinal gastric carcinoma(72.3±8.2) were more than those in controls(43.4±6.5). There was statistical difference between the two groups. Conclusion There is a significant difference in the distribution and expression of ISEMF between early intestinal gastric carcinoma and normal gastric mucosa,which suggest ISEMF involved in the occurrence and development of intestinal type gastric cancer.
