扶正益气汤对乳腺癌患者术后免疫功能及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨扶正益气汤对乳腺癌患者术后免疫功能及生活质量的影响。方法选择2015年6月至2016年6月在宝鸡市中心医院进行乳腺癌手术且术后需综合治疗的120例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为治疗组(64例,扶正益气汤^+综合治疗)和对照组(56例,综合治疗)。比较两组免疫功能及生活质量。结果治疗后,治疗组CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平均升高,CD8^+水平降低,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组生理状况、社会或家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况、附加关注评分及生存质量总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论扶正益气汤能显著改善乳腺癌患者免疫功能及生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of Fuzheng Yiqi decoction on postoperative immune function and quality of life in patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 120 patients with breast cancer who underwent breast cancer surgery in Baoji Cener Hospital and needed comprehensive treatment after operation were selected as the study objects,they were divided into treatment group(64 cases,Fuzheng Yiqi decoction+comprehensive treatment)and control group(56 cases,comprehensive treatment)by random number table method.The immune function and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+ in the treatment group increased,while the level of CD8^+ decreased,and those in the treatment group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physiological status,social or family status,emotional status,functional status,additional attention and total scores of quality of life in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuzheng Yiqi decoction can significantly improve the immune function and their quality of life of breast cancer patients.
