摘　　要：目的探讨胸腺瘤合并单纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血(PRCA)的特点及外科治疗方法。方法回顾分析我院2005年至2017年收治的4例胸腺瘤合并PRCA患者的临床资料。结果 4例患者中男2例,女2例;年龄32～65岁,平均50岁;胸腺瘤合并PRCA患者占同期胸腺瘤患者的4.17%(4/96)。所有患者均获得根治性切除,术后有3例患者完全缓解,1例患者部分缓解。结论胸腺瘤合并PRCA是一种少见疾病,外科治疗是本病的首选治疗方法,胸腔镜下手术治疗胸腺瘤合并PRCA是一种新的手术方式,现已基本成为治疗本病的首选手术方式。Objective To investigate the characteristics and surgical treatment of thymoma combined with pure red cell aplasia(PRCA).Methods The clinical data of 4 patients with thymoma combined with PRCA admitted in our hospital from 2005 to 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were 2 male and 2 female of the 4 patients;aged 32-65 years old,mean 50 years old.The proportion of thymoma combined with PRCA was 4.17%(4/96)of thymoma patients in the same period.All patients underwent radical resection.Three patients had complete remission and one patient had partial remission after surgery.Conclusion Thymoma combined with PRCA is a rare disease.Surgical treatment is the first choice for this disease.Thoracoscopy surgery for thymoma combined with PRCA is a new surgical method,and it has become the first choice for the treatment of this disease.
