基于引文分析的文史学科用户文献利用行为特点研究

摘　　要：文史学科服务一直是各校学科服务的薄弱环节,对该学科用户文献利用行为把握不准是其中关键因素。本文下载北京师范大学文学和史学相关机构研究者在CSSCI期刊2004-2014年间发表研究成果的引文数据,借助于自编参考文献处理工具和Excel对数据进行抽取、清洗、分析,从引文量、引文类型、引文年代分布、语种和经典文献5个方面分析文史学科用户文献利用行为特点,为精准化的学科服务提供参考。Subject Service of History and Literature has always been a weak link of subject services in various university libraries,which mainly owned to not having grasped the use characters of these disciplines. After extracting tens of thousands of references in CSSCI papers of BNU’s Related Institutions from 2004 to 2014,this paper carried out data extraction,cleaning and analysis by means of self-compiled reference processing tools and Excel. It analyzed literature use behaviors of Chinese Literature and History Researchers from quotation number,citation type,citation age distribution,language and classical literature for precision subject service.
