手术联合氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗皮肤肿瘤临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察手术联合氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗皮肤肿瘤的临床疗效,为临床进一步研究提供有效参考。方法:选取2015年8月-2017年2月于笔者医院进行治疗的118例皮肤肿瘤患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为联合组和手术组,每组59例。手术组使用外科手术进行治疗,联合组在手术组的基础上联合应用氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法,对两组患者治疗后的临床疗效进行研究与分析。结果:联合组完全恢复者49例,总有效率为96.61%,明显优于单纯组的84.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组的不良反应发生率为6.78%,明显的低于单纯组的16.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组的满意率和复发率均明显优于手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术联合氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗皮肤肿瘤,提高了临床疗效,降低不良反应发生率和复发率,大大提升了患者满意率,适合在临床上广泛的应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of surgery combined with aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy in the treatment of skin tumors, and to provide an effective reference for further clinical study. Methods From August 2015 to February 2017, 118 patients with skin tumor were divided into combined group and simple group, 59 cases in each group. The simple group was treated by surgical operation, the combined group was treated with aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy on the basis of simple group, and the clinical effect of the two groups after treatment was studied and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 96.61, which was significantly better than that of the simple group (84.74%,P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was 6.78, which was significantly lower than that in the simple group (16.95,P<0.05). The satisfaction rate and recurrence rate of the combined group were significantly better than that of the simple group(P<0.05). Conclusion Aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy combined with surgery has improved the clinical efficacy, reduced the incidence and recurrence rate of adverse reactions, and greatly improved the satisfaction rate of patients.
