摘　　要：卵巢癌为妇科恶性肿瘤中致死率最高的,由于缺乏有效的筛查及早期诊断的方法,绝大多数卵巢癌患者一经诊断已处于晚期。尽管满意的肿瘤细胞减灭术联合以铂类为基础的化疗可以使其获得临床缓解,然而大多数患者仍会复发并最终死亡,且5年生存率仅约30%。面对如此严峻的现状,迫切需要新的治疗策略来改善卵巢癌的临床结局。卵巢癌具有免疫原性并可被宿主免疫系统识别和攻击,免疫系统在卵巢癌的发病机制、疾病进展中起着非常重要的作用。免疫治疗,一种新型的治疗卵巢癌的方法逐渐受到了人们的关注。免疫治疗又可以分为主动免疫治疗、被动免疫治疗以及联合免疫治疗,均在卵巢癌的治疗上取得了一定的成效。本文就免疫治疗在卵巢癌中的作用及相关的靶点方面做一综述。Ovarian cancer has the highest mortality rate in gynecological malignancies.Due to the lack of effective screening and early diagnosis methods,most of the patients have already been advanced stage once diagnosis.Although satisfactory cytoreductive surgery combined with platinum-based chemotherapy can achieve clinical remission,most patients will still relapse and eventually die with a 5-year survival rate of only about 30%.Facing such a severe situation,it is imperative to look for new strategies to improve the clinical outcome of patients with ovarian cancer.Ovarian cancer is immunogenic and can be recognized and attacked by the host immune system.The immune system plays an important role in the pathogenesis and progression of ovarian cancer.Immunotherapy as an new treatment method of ovarian cancer has been paid much attention to.Immunotherapy is divided into active immunotherapy,passive immunotherapy and combined immunotherapy,all of which have achieved some success in treatment of ovarian cancer.This article mainly reviews the role of immunotherapy in treatment of ovarian cancer and its related targets.
