摘 要:目的 探讨AIDA模式在助产技术教学中的应用效果。方法选取本校2015级和2016级专科助产班学生作为研究对象,2015级专科助产班110人为对照组,采取传统的课堂教学方法;2016级专科助产班113人为观察组,采取AIDA模式进行教学。课程结束后比较两组理论、技能及综合能力考核成绩,同时评估观察组对AIDA模式教学的评价。结果 观察组学生期末理论[(94.51±4.52)分比(87.52±5.31)分]、技能([92.15±4.11)分比(85.74±3.79)分]及综合能力([87.64±4.53)分比(80.31±5.15)分]考核成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组学生对助产技术教学效果评价,在增强学习兴趣、激发学习主动性、提高学习效率、教学方法多样化、教学总体效果方面明显得到提高。结论 AIDA模式在助产技术教学中的应用明显增强了学生的学习兴趣、激发了学生的学习兴趣、提高了学习效率、多样化的教学方法大大提高了教学的总体效果。Objective To explore the application effect of AIDA mode in the teaching of midwifery technology.Methods Students from the 2015 and 2016 specialized midwifery class were selected as research subjects.110 students from 2015 specialized midwifery class received traditional classroom teaching methods(control group),and 113 students from 2016 specialized midwifery class received AIDA teaching mode(observation group).After the end of the course,the theory,skills,and comprehensive ability assessment results of the two groups were compared,at the same time the observation group's evaluation on AIDA mode teaching was evaluated.Results The theory,skills,and comprehensive ability assessment results of the observation group at the end of term were significantly higher than those of the control group[(94.51±4.52)vs.(87.52±5.31),(92.15±4.11)vs.(85.74±3.79),(87.64±4.53)vs.(80.31±5.15)](P<0.05).Evaluation of the students of the observation group on the teaching of midwifery technology significantly improved in terms of enhancing learning interest,stimulating learning initiative,improving learning efficiency,diversifying teaching methods,and overall teaching effectiveness.Conclusion The application of AIDA mode in the teaching of midwifery technology has significantly enhanced students'interest in learning,stimulated students'interest in learning,improved learning efficiency,and diversified teaching methods,which greatly improved the overall effect of teaching.
