摘　　要：目的为我国药品不良反应(ADR)监测工作的开展提供参考。方法概述ADR的被动和主动监测模式,分析两者的区别,简述国外主动监测模式,探讨我国ADR监测的发展方向。结果与结论近年来,我国ADR监测最有意义的领域包括基于医院信息系统(HIS)的ADR快速上报和智能搜索系统,触发器技术和文本信息提取技术,中国医院药品警戒系统和哨点医院联盟计划,这些项目对进一步加强我国ADR监测工作具有重要意义。Objective To provide a reference for the development of adverse drug reaction(ADR)monitoring in China.Methods The passive and active monitoring modes of ADR were summarized,the differences between them were analyzed,the active monitoring modes abroad were briefly introduced,and the development direction of ADR monitoring in China was discussed.Results and Conclusion In recent years,the most significant areas of ADR monitoring in China include ADR rapid reporting and intelligent search system based on hospital information system(HIS),trigger technology and text information extraction technology,hospital pharmacovigilance system and sentinel hospital alliance plan in China.These projects are of great significance for further strengthening ADR monitoring in China.
