摘　　要：目的:研究头针联合脑电仿生电刺激对脑卒中后单侧空间忽略康复疗效的影响。方法:对61例临床上诊断为脑卒中后单侧空间忽略的患者按随机方法分为两组,普通康复组31例采用常规康复治疗,联合治疗组30例在常规康复治疗基础上,使用头针联合脑电仿生电刺激联合治疗。疗程结束后进行疗效对比。结果:联合治疗组的有效例数、显效例数及痊愈例数均优于普通康复组。结论:头针联合脑电仿生电刺激能够改善脑卒中后单侧空间忽略患者的忽略程度,有确切的临床疗效。Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of scalp acupuncture plus electroencephalogram biomimetic electrical stimulation on unilateral spatial neglect after stroke.Methods:61 cases were divided into two groups.31 cases in the control group was given normal rehabilitation therapy;and 30 cases in the treatment group was given scalp acupuncture plus electroencephalogram biomimetic electrical stimulation.Results:The efficiency,apparent efficiency and recovery cases in the treatment group were superior to the control group.Conclusion:Scalp acupuncture plus electroencephalogram biomimetic electrical stimulation on unilateral spatial neglect after stroke shows a exact clinical effect.
