针刺联合维生素B_(12)导入治疗眼外肌麻痹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺联合维生素B_(12)直流电导入治疗眼外肌麻痹的治疗效果。方法2014年12月—2017年12月我院收治的眼外肌麻痹患者92例,随机分为2组。对照组46例(46只眼),给予改善循环、扩血管治疗及针刺治疗;观察组46例(46只眼),在对照组治疗的基础上联合维生素B12直流电导入治疗。均以7 d为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。以疗效评价结果及治愈患者的治愈时间为指标,比较2组差异。结果观察组46只眼,治愈35只眼,好转11只眼,无效0只眼,治愈率76.0%;对照组46只眼,治愈26只眼,好转19只眼,无效1只眼,治愈率56.5%。但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治愈时间:观察组明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上,针刺联合维生素B12直流电导入治疗眼外肌麻痹治愈时间相对较短,总体上好于单纯针刺治疗。OBJECTIVE To analyze the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and electrotherapy with vitamin B12 on ophthalmoplegia.METHODS 92 cases of ophthalmoplegia treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2017 were included.The patients were divided into observation group and control group randomly(46 eyes of 46 cases in each group).The cases of the control group were treated with circulation-improving agents,vasodilator,acupuncture and moxibustion for ophthalmoplegia.The cases of the observation group were managed by acupuncture combined with electrotherapy using vitamin B12.Both groups followed the same regimen of 7 days per course and the whole intervention consisted of three courses.The curative effect and duration of recovery were main indications.RESULTS In the observation group,result of the 46 eyes was as 35 eyes were cured,11 eyes were improved,and none was ineffective which meant cure rate was 76.0%.In the control group,result of the 46 eyes was as 26 eyes were cured,19 eyes were improved,and 1 eye was ineffective and the cure rate was 56.5%.The cure rate of the two groups was of no significant difference(P >0.05).Duration for cure of observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS On the basis of routine treatment,acupuncture combined with vitamin B12 electrotherapy healed extraocular muscle paralysis faster than acupuncture alone and it was superior to the latter modality.
