摘　　要：为了临床上能够快速检测出猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)以及传染性胃肠炎病毒(TGEV),本研究根据GenBank中收录的PEDV和TGEV的基因序列,分别设计两对特异性引物,针对本实验室保存的毒株进行了双重RT-PCR检测方法的建立及条件的优化,结果特异性良好,表明该研究建立的双重RT-PCR检测方法操作简单、特异性好,具有较高的检测灵敏性,为PEDV和TGEV的快速鉴别诊断和流行病学调查研究提供了更为敏感、快捷、可靠的技术手段。In order to develop a rapid method to detect porcine epidemic diarrhea(PEDV)and transmissible gastroenteritis(TGEV)in clinical detection,a duplex RT-PCR method was established through optimizing the reaction conditions with two pairs of specific primers designed according to the gene sequences of PEDV and TGEV from GenBank.The results showed that this method had high specificity.The double RT-PCR methods for detection of PEDV and TGEV established in this study had the characteristics of simple,good specificity and high sensitivity,which provides a more sensitive,fast and reliable technical means for the rapid diagnosis and epidemiological investigation of PEDV and TGEV.
