摘 要:对湖北地区14个红椿天然种源优树无性系进行种源试验,以便对无性系苗期进行遗传测定与选择。结果表明,无性系间苗高和地径表现出极显著差异,具有较丰富的遗传变异基础。无性系苗高广义遗传力为37. 455%,遗传变异系数为10. 657%;地径广义遗传力为55. 558%,遗传变异系数为19. 707%。以苗高和地径年生长量为指标,应用布雷金多性状综合评价法,选出2个生长良好的红椿无性系XF09和JP03。2个无性系生长性状综合评分为1. 298和1. 252,高于对照WH02无性系7. 27%和3. 47%,高出平均13. 11%和17. 27%。如果选择这2个无性系,入选率为14. 286%,苗高遗传增益为8. 325%,地径遗传增益为22. 502%。该选择具有一定的可靠性,可进一步用于鄂西北造林试验。The provenance trials were carried out on 14 superior Toona ciliata cloning seedlings from natural Toona ciliata communities in Hubei to make an early-staged genetic evaluation and selection.The results showed that there were highly significant differences in seedling height and ground diameter between cloning seedlings from various provenances,which revealed a substantial basis of genetic variation;the broad-sense heritability of the height of cloning seedlings was 37.455%,with the genetic variation coefficient 10.657%,while the broad-sense heritability of the ground diameter of cloning seedlings was 55.558 %, with the genetic variation coefficient 19.707 %;the annual growth of seedling height and ground diameter as indicators,two well-grown clones of Toona ciliata ,XF09 and JP03,were selected by the Breggin multi-index comprehensive evaluation method;the comprehensive scores of growth characters of the two clones were 1.298 and 1.252,respectively 7.27% and 3.47% higher than the control clone WH02,and 13.11% and 17.27% higher than the average score of all cloning seedlings of 14 provenances;with these two selected clones,and with the selection rate 14.286%,the genetic gain of the seedling height was 8.325%,and that of the ground diameter was 22.502%.The selection had certain reliability and could be further verified in the afforestation experiment in the Northwest Hubei.
