摘  要:为了从时域角度分析薄板结构在高加速应力筛选(HASS:high accelerated stress screening)试验振动载荷条件的响应,首先采用二次相位调制控制激励峭度的方法进行HASS试验随机振动载荷的仿真模拟,其次建立了薄板在振动载荷条件下的动力学有限元方程,并基于MATLAB对薄板在HASS试验随机振动载荷的响应进行了数值计算分析。得到薄板结构在HASS试验随机振动载荷条件下的位移响应和应力分布,确定薄板结构的薄弱位置,从而为装备结构失效分析及合理制定HASS试验剖面奠定理论基础和依据。In order to analyze the response of thin plate structure under vibration loading conditions of high accelerated stress screening(HASS:high accelerated stress screening)from the perspective of time domain,firstly,the excitation kurtosis is controlled by secondary phase modulation to simulate the random vibration load of HASS test,secondly,the dynamic finite element equation of thin plate under vibration load is established,and the response of random vibration load of thin plate in HASS test is numerically calculated and analyzed based on MATLAB.The displacement response and stress distribution of the thin plate structure under the random vibration loading of HASS test were obtained,and the weak position of the thin plate structure was determined,thus laying a theoretical foundation and basis for failure analysis of equipment structure and reasonable establishment of HASS test profile.
