摘  要:通过在SMA-10沥青混合料中添加0. 5%沥青质量的温拌剂,分别在50次和75次的击实次数下,研究试件的马歇尔稳定度和拌和温度之间的关系。结果表明,加入温拌剂能够提高试件的马歇尔稳定度,成型温度适宜控制在145~155℃。以同样的级配制作出小梁试件,将试件经(-10±0. 5)℃低温冷冻过后,用万能试验机研究试件的抗压强度和抗变形能力,得到掺温拌剂沥青混合料的低温性能,结果表明,成型温度在145~155℃时的最大破坏荷载变化不明显,但破坏应变急剧减小。The relationship between the Marshall stability and the mixing temperature of SMA-10 asphalt mixture by adding 0.5%asphalt mixture was studied with warm asphalt at 50 and 75 times of compaction respectively.The results show that the addition of warm mixing agent can improve the Marshall stability of the sample,the forming temperature should be controlled at 145~155℃.Trabecular specimens were made in the same proportions and the specimens were cryogenically frozen at(-10±0.5)℃.With universal testing machine test specimen compressive strength and resistance to deformation ability,get mixed with warm mix asphalt mixture at low temperature performance.The results show that the maximum failure load at 145~155℃is not obvious,but the failure strain decreases sharply.
