摘 要:表面微织构的刀具与无微织构刀具的切削性能不同,为了研究前刀面带有沟槽微织构的硬质合金刀具的切削性能,通过三维绘图软件绘制织构刀具的二维简化图导入Advant Edge中,利用有限元软件Advant Edge构建切削过程的二维仿真模型,在相同条件下,运用单一变量法对微织构和无微织构刀具进行二维切削仿真,通过对比发现织构刀具在应力、切屑形态方面都有积极的改善作用,刀具表面微织构能够降低切削力、切削温度。Tools with a micro texture on surface shows different cutting performance with ordinary cutting tools.In order to study carbide cutting tools cutting performance with micro channel texture on the rake face,three-dimensional drawing software was used in this study to make two-dimensional modeling of textured tools,finite element analysis software AdvantEdge was used to construct the two-dimensional simulation model of cutting process,and the single variable control method was adopted to simulate the two-dimensional cutting of non-micro-texture and micro-texture cutter under the same conditions.Through comparison,the results show that micro texture tools can improve the stress,chip shape and reduce cutting force,cutting temperature.
