摘  要:磷石膏晶须白度高、密度小,具有成为造纸颜料的可能.本文将磷石膏晶须作为涂布颜料,研究制备60%固含量的低黏度且涂布效果好的晶须涂料.通过分析晶须涂料的性质和涂布纸的性能发现,相比羧基丁苯胶乳和苯丙胶乳,在同等条件下添加占涂料总固含量12%的丙烯酸胶乳胶黏剂,涂布纸的表面强度较高且涂料黏度较低.在胶黏剂占涂料固含量不变的情况下,添加2%的阳离子糊化淀粉代替胶黏剂,有利于提高涂布纸的表面强度,但平滑度和白度有所降低.添加质量为绝干颜料质量5%的尿素作为晶须涂料的降黏剂,涂料的黏度可达824 m Pa·s,降黏效果较明显.晶须涂料与碳酸钙涂料相比,虽然涂布纸的光泽度较低,但油墨吸收值和表面强度较高.Phosphogypsum whiskers have higher whiteness and lower density,which make it possible to become paper pigments.In this study,phosphogypsum whiskers were used as coating pigments to make 60% solid content of a formulation with lower viscosity and better coating quality.Compared with carboxylated styrene butadiene latex and styrene acrylic latex,higher surface strength and lower viscosity could be achieved by adding acrylic latex as an adhesive which accounts for 12% of the total solid content of the coating.When the total amount of adhesive is unchanged,substituting adhesive with 2% cationic starch will improve the surface strength,but the smoothness and whiteness will be lost.When taking urea as viscosity regulator,whose mass is 5% of the mass of dry pigment,the viscosity of the coating was obviously reduced,which was 824 mPa·s.Compared with the calcium carbonate coating,the gloss of this kind of coated paper is lower,but the ink absorption and surface strength are better.
