摘　　要：目的:了解外来人口精神分裂症患者精神病未治疗期(DUP)及其影响因素。方法:应用"精神分裂症患者精神卫生服务利用调查问卷"和"诺丁汉发病症状量表"对96例外来人口精神分裂症患者进行调查;并且以DUP <2个月、2～12个月、> 12个月将其分为3组;比较各组人口学及临床资料;分析影响DUP的因素。结果:96例外来人口精神分裂症患者首发精神病性症状以幻觉或妄想症状为常见(86%),DUP中位数是262 d; DUP <2个月组、2～12个月组及> 12个月组分别有41例、36例、19例; 3组间社会人口学及临床资料比较显示性别、年龄、受教育年限、宗教信仰、婚姻状况、治疗费用、年收入、家庭人均收入、病程及家族史差异无统计学意义;各组患者发病后最先求助措施分布比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01);首选求助正规医疗机构者DUP较短。结论:外来人口精神分裂症患者的DUP较长,DUP与最先求助措施相关。Objective:To evaluate the duration of untreated psychosis(DUP)and its influencing factors in the migrant population with schizophrenia.Method:Ninty-six migrant population with schizophrenia were investigated with"questionnaire on mental health service utilization of schizophrenic patients"and"Nottingham onset schedule".And they were divided into 3 groups according to DUP<2 months,2-12 months and >12 months.The demography and clinical data were compared among the 3 groups.The influencing factors of DUP were analyzed.Results:The most common first psychotic symptoms were hallucinations or delusions among the 96 patients(the frequency of occurrence was 86%).The median DUP ran to 262 days.There were 41 cases,36 cases and 19 cases in DUP<2 months group,2-12 months group and >12 months group respectively.The compared results of social demography and clinical data showed that the three groups were not statistically significantly different in gender,age,length of schooling,religious beliefs,marital status,treatment costs,annual income,per capita household income,course of disease and family history.The first seeking help method after the onset of each group were statistically different(P<0.01).The patients with shorter DUP preferred for regular medical institutions.Conclusion:DUP is longer in the migrant population with schizophrenia,it may be related to the first seeking help method.
