摘  要:菜籽油是我国的重要国产植物油之一,菜籽油中的芥酸含量是影响其食用价值和营养价值的重要因素。产蛋期蛋鸡体内脂肪代谢强度大,油脂的种类和水平影响蛋鸡脂肪代谢,且油脂是蛋黄的主要组成成分之一,鸡蛋品质与蛋鸡饲粮中的油脂品质和添加量息息相关。本文概述了油菜品种、菜籽油分类、菜籽油脂肪酸组成,侧重分析了菜籽油对蛋鸡的生产性能和蛋品质的影响,并通过分析菜籽油对脂肪代谢、抗氧化和免疫等方面的影响探索了其机理,以期为菜籽油在蛋鸡养殖中的应用提供理论依据。Rapeseed oil is a major domestic vegetable oil in China,the content of erucic acid is an important factor affecting its food value and nutritional value.The laying hens have intensive lipid metabolism in the egg-laying stage,and the types and levels of oils affect the fat metabolism of laying hens.As one of the main components of egg yolk,dietary fat quality and quantity is closely related to the egg quality.This article briefly reviewed the classification of rapeseed,rapeseed oil and the fatty acid composition of rapeseed oil.The effect of rapeseed oil on the performance and egg quality of laying hens was mainly analyzed.The effect of rapeseed oil on fat metabolism,anti-oxidation and immunity was analyzed for exploring its mechanism.The objective is to provide a theoretical basis for the application of rapeseed oil in laying hens.
