“燕京八绝”传承中推进大师工作室建设的思考

摘　　要："燕京八绝"作为北京传统技艺精华的巅峰,已被列入《国家级非物质文化遗产名录》之中。为对其加以保护与传承,北京各职业院校建设了多个大师工作室,起到了较好的成效,却也发现了一定问题。本文分析了大师工作室运作过程中的主要问题,如传统授艺方式有待理论化,大师自身的教学水平有待专业化,大师入校园尚有制度问题需要解决等,并提出了相应对策,以进一步完善和推广大师工作室与职业院校的对接,重新掀起"燕京八绝"发展的新高潮。As the peak of Beijing’s traditional arts and crafts,“Eight Palace Handicrafts of Beijing”has been listed in the National Intangible Cultural Heritage List.In order to protect and inherit them,Beijing has built several master workshops,which has achieved good results,but has also found some problems.This paper analyzes the main problems in the operation of the master studio,such as the traditional teaching methods needs to be theoretical,the master’s own teaching level needs to be professional,the master’s admission to the campus system problems needs to be solved,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,discusses the countermeasures,In order to further improve and promote the docking between master workshops and vocational schools,raise the new climax of the development of“Eight Palace Handicrafts of Beijing”.
