摘　　要："双一流"战略背景下的师资建设不仅要考虑高校的一流建设,还要考虑一流学科的打造。文中从"双一流"高校的概念出发,分析当下物流学科师资建设的现状和问题,以德国应用技术大学的师资建设为经验借鉴,提出我国物流学科在"双一流"背景下师资建设的改革方向和建议,以此拙见,望能为物流学科的发展贡献蚍蜉之力。Under the background of“double first-class”strategy,the construction of teachers should consider not only the first-class construction of universities,but also the first-class discipline.Starting from the concept of“double-first-class”universities,this paper analyses the current situation and problems of the construction of teachers in logistics disciplines.Taking the construction of teachers in German University of Applied Technology as an example,this paper puts forward the direction and suggestions for the reform of the construction of teachers in logistics disciplines in China under the background of“double-first-class”.With this humble opinion,it is hoped that the development of logistics disciplines can be achieved.The exhibition contributes to the mirage.
