摘　　要：随着经济发展,尤其是电子商务消费模式的兴起,物流服务需求量上升,相关领域的人才缺口也愈发扩大,培养相关领域的创新型人才愈显重要,在此基础上需要进一步探究相关专业的创新型人才培养模式,从而能在其基础上培养出更高质量的物流工程专业人才,以符合社会发展规律,满足社会发展需求。With the economic development,especially the rise of e-commerce consumption pattern,the demand for logistics services has increased,and the talent gap in related fields has also widened.It is more important to cultivate innovative talents in related fields.On this basis,we need to further explore innovative talent training patterns in related fields,so as to cultivate higher-quality logistics engineering professionals on the basis of them,in order to conform to the laws of social development and meet the needs of national social development.
