新时代个性发展视域下大学生社会主义核心价值观培育研究

摘　　要：新时代大学生个性丰富发展,张扬的个性成为其生存的一大特征。个性发展与社会主义核心价值观培育内在关联。个性发展视域下社会主义核心价值观培育需遵循主导性与多样性相结合、道德化育与制度约束相结合、重点宣讲与日常引导相结合、先进性教育与普遍性教育相结合、继承与创新相结合五项基本要求;具体可以采取形成正确认知、培养积极情感、确立坚定意志、化为扎实行动四个有效路径来进行培育。In the new era,college students have a rich development of Individuality,which has become a major feature of their lives.The individuality development is closely related to socialist core values cultivation.We should follow five basic requirements:the combination of dominance and diversity,moral education and institutional constraints,key preach and daily guidance,advanced education and universal education,inheritance and innovation.We should also put forward four basic paths:forming correct cognition,training positive emotion,establishling firm will,putting into solid action.
