摘 要:汽车轻量化能有效的降低汽车燃油消耗,是我国现阶段实现节能减排的重要手段。在保证汽车的强度、刚度、模态等性能优异的情况下通过运用材料应用轻量化、结构设计轻量化以及制造工艺轻量化等方法,尽可能地降低汽车的整备质量,提高汽车的动力性、操控性和车身安全性,达到节能减排的目的。Automobile lightweight can effectively reduce vehicle fuel consumption,which is an important means to achieve energy saving and emission reduction at the present stage in China.By using the lightweight materials,lightweight structural design and lightweight manufacturing process and other methods to ensure the strength,stiffness,modal and other excellent performance of the vehicle,as far as possible to reduce the quality of the vehicle,improve the vehicle's power,control and vehicle safety,and achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.
