摘　　要：文章主要针对汽车企业在发展过程中,人才培养及员工继续深造学习的问题进行问卷调查,并对调查结果作了客观分析。得出在加大国家资金和政策投入基础上,充分发挥企业和中职学院各自优势,才能为企业培养出更多优秀员工的结论。This paper mainly carries out a questionnaire survey on personnel training and further study of employees in the development process of automobile enterprises,and objectively analyses the results of the survey.It is concluded that on the basis of increasing state funds and policy input,enterprises and secondary vocational colleges should give full play to their respective advantages so as to cultivate more excellent employees for enterprises.
