摘　　要："互联网+"行动计划已经上升为国家重要发展战略,旨在实现传统业态和网络新兴业态的融合发展和共赢发展。随着网络媒介的多元化发展,自媒体成为互联网的一支生力军,而微信又是这支生力军中的主力军。在微商改变着社会生活范式和消费模式的同时,微商欺诈行为也使得微商在一定程度上转变为危害社会经济秩序的"危商"。厘清微商欺诈犯罪的现状,研判微商欺诈犯罪的侦查难点及法律难点,进而提出侦防对策,是规范微商行为、净化互联网商业环境的迫切需要。The“Internet+”action plan has been upgraded to an important national development strategy,aiming at achieving the integrated development and win-win development of traditional formats and network emergences.With the diversified development of online media,We Media has become a new force in the Internet,and WeChat is the main force in this new force.At the same time that micro-business changes the social life paradigm and consumption pattern,the micro-commercial fraud also makes the micro-business become a“critical business”that endangers the social economic order.To clarify the current situation of fraud crimes in micro-business,to study the investigation difficulties and legal difficulties of fraud crimes,and to propose the investigation and prevention countermeasures,is an urgent need to regulate the behavior of micro-business and purify the Internet business environment.
