摘　　要：创新型人才队伍建设是打造广深科技创新走廊的关键所在。通过对标国内先进城市,比较分析出广深科技创新走廊科技人才队伍建设存在若干问题,提出成立广深科技创新走廊人才工作联合小组、实施广深科技创新走廊人才培养引进系统工程等加强广深科技创新走廊创新型人才队伍建设的对策建议,为广深科技创新走廊建设的人才保障提供参考。The construction of innovative talent team is the key to build the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Corridor.This paper compares and analyzes some problems existing in the construction of scientific and technological talents team in Guangzhou-Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Corridor by benchmarking the advanced cities in the country.At last,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of innovative talents team in Guangzhou-Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Corridor,such as establishing a joint working group for Guangzhou-Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Corridor Talents,implementing Guangzhou-Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Corridor talents training and introduction system etc.,which provides reference for the talent guarantee for the construction of Guangzhou-Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Corridor.
