摘　　要：针对烧结厂资源现状,结合自动化控制技术,设计了氨法脱硫控制系统。该系统采用施耐德电气Quantum PLC系统和上位机组态软件Vijeo Citect,完成对氨法脱硫系统的监控和运行报表管理、事故报警、趋势分析、操作员监控操作等功能。通过现场电气系统的实际运行和调试,验证了控制系统设计的正确性和可行性。According to the status of sinter equipment,ammonia process of desulfurization control system was designed with automatic technology.By the use of Schneider Quantum PLC system and PC configuration software Vijeo Citect,complete the control of systems and run reports,accident alarm,trend analysis,operator,monitoring operations and other functions.The validity and feasibility of this control system design is verified by the actual commission operation in the field.
