摘　　要：党的十九大,开启了中国特色社会主义新时代,职业院校发展也迎来了新的春天。近年来,习总书记对当代高素质技术人才培养作出了一系列系统而深刻的论述并提出了新要求,为当前和今后一个时期我国职业院校发展指明了方向。理性审视当前高职院校的现状,深入贯彻落实十九大精神,探索高职院校"思政育人"的多维路径,围绕"立德树人"培养全方位的高素质技术技能人才是高职院校提质量、增内涵、塑品牌,建设卓越高职院校的必然选择。With the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the development of polytechnic colleges ushered in a new spring.In recent years,Chinese President Xi Jinping has made a series of systematic and profound comments on the training of contemporary high-quality technical personnel and put forward new requirements,which has provided the direction for the development of polytechnic colleges in China at present and in the future.After a rational review of the current status of polytechnic colleges,and with an in-depth implementation of the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress,it is the inevitable option for polytechnic colleges to explore the multi-dimensional path of“Ideological and Political Education”and to cultivate all-round high-quality talents around“moral education”,so as to improve their quality,increase their connotation,and forge their brand.
