摘　　要：目的 CBCT辅助诊断慢性牙周炎附着丧失的精确性进行观察、总结和分析。方法方便选取该院从2016年5月—2017年10月接收的86例慢性牙周炎患者852颗患牙的为研究对象,对比根尖X线和锥形束CT的口腔检查效果。结果锥形束CT诊断的86例慢性牙周炎患者的852颗患牙近中及远中的附着丧失数值的准确度明显优于根尖X线(P<0.05),且能够测出唇侧和舌侧牙槽骨的破坏情况。两组患者附着丧失检测结果对比86例患者852颗患牙影像学CBCT检查近中远中组附着丧失为(5.5±0.6)mm,(5.5±0.5)mm;临床探诊近中(5.6±0.4)mm,远中(5.5±0.7)mm;该86例患者852颗患牙同样用X线片平行投照法拍摄后附着丧失近中为(5.1±0.4)mm远中为(5.1±0.9)mm,临床探诊近中(5.6±0.5)mm,远中(5.5±0.7)mm;观察组患者近中及远中的附着丧失数值准确度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论锥形束CT的辅助诊准确性高,适合广泛应用。Objective To observe,summarize and analyze the accuracy of CBCT adjunctive diagnosis of attachment loss caused by the chronic periodontitis.Methods 852 affected teeth from 86 cases admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the research objects,and the examination effect of periapical X ray and cone beam CT was compared.Results The accuracy of attachment loss values in mesial and distal regions of 852 affected teeth from 86 cases was obviously better than that of periapical X ray(P﹤0.05),and it could measure the destruction of alveolar bone on lip and lingual side,and the attachment loss values in the mesial and distal group after the CBCT examination of 852 affected teeth from 86 cases were respectively(5.5±0.6)mm,(5.5±0.5)mm;and the mesial and distal values in the clinical visit were respectively(5.6±0.4)mm and(5.5±0.7)mm,and the mesial and distal attachment loss values after the shooting by X ray parallel projection method were respectively(5.1±0.4)mm and(5.1±0.9)mm,and the mesial and distal values in the clinical visit were respectively(5.6±0.5)mm and(5.5±0.7)mm,and the accuracy of attachment loss values in the mesial and distal regions in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion The adjunctive accuracy of cone-beam CT is high,which is suitable for the wide application.
