高等教育、中等职业教育与城市经济增长——基于动态分布滞后模型的实证研究

摘　　要：基于城市面板数据,利用动态分布滞后模型研究高等教育、中等职业教育对城市经济增长的影响。研究显示:在全国层面,高等教育的经济促进作用体现在短期和长期,中等职业教育的经济促进作用体现在短期;东部和西部城市高等教育的经济促进效应在短期和长期均有体现,东北城市则仅体现在短期,中部城市则不显著,中等职业教育的经济促进效应在不同地区主要体现在短期;开放政策对高等教育的经济促进效应并不具有提升作用,而是在一定程度上增强了中等职业教育的长期经济促进效应。对于不同城市群和不同规模的城市,高等教育和中等职业教育对经济增长的影响具有差异性。Based on China’s urban panel data,this paper empirically analyzes the dynamic influence of higher edu?cation and secondary vocational education on urban economic growth by using panel dynamic distributed lag model.The empirical results show that at the national urban level,the promotion of higher education to economic growth is re?flected both in the short term and in the long term,while the promotion of secondary vocational education to economic growth is mainly reflected in the short term.The economic promotion effect of higher education in eastern and western cities is reflected both in the short term and in the long term,while that in northeastern cities is only reflected in the short term,while that in central cities is not significant;the effect of secondary vocational education on economic growth is mainly reflected in the short term in different regions.The open policy has no enhancing effect on the econom?ic promotion effect of higher education,but to a certain extent,it enhances the long-term effect of secondary vocational education on the economic growth.In addition,there are differences for the economic growth effect of higher education and secondary vocational education in different urban agglomerations and in different scale cities.
