温针配合中药贴脐法治疗脾虚湿困型复发性口腔溃疡临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察温针配合中药贴脐法治疗脾虚湿困型复发性口腔溃疡与常规西药治疗的疗效差异。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组采用针刺加中药疗法,对照组采用常规西医治疗。治疗结束后评价临床疗效,并对比两组复发情况。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为83.3%,治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。随访12个月,治疗组复发5例(16.7%)、对照组复发16例(53.3%),治疗组复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论与单纯的西药治疗比较,温针配合中药贴脐法治疗脾虚湿困型复发性口腔溃疡疗效显著,复发率低,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the difference of curative effect between warm needling and Chinese medicine umbilicus in treating recurrent aphthous ulcer of spleen deficiency and dampness.Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The treatment group was treated with acupuncture plus Chinese medicine,while the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.After the treatment,the clinical efficacy was evaluated and the recurrence of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%,The total effective rate of the control group was 83.3%,The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).After 12 months of follow-up,5 cases(16.7%)recurred in the treatment group,and 16 cases(53.3%)recurred in the control group,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the simple treatment of Western medicine,the therapeutic effect of warm needling combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer of spleen deficiency dampness type is remarkable,and the recurrence rate is low.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
