保妇康栓联合中药治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的重点分析保妇康栓联合中药治疗宫颈高危型HPV(人乳头瘤病毒)感染的疗效。方法从我院妇科门诊选择120例患者作为本次研究的对象,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组仅进行观察不做治疗,观察组则采用保妇康栓联合中药进行治疗。对比分析两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组的临床治疗效果(90.000%)明显比对照组(71.667%)高,且差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组的HPV转阴率明显高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将保妇康栓联合中药用于治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染,可在一定程度上提高HPV转阴率,从而提高了患者临床治疗效果。Objective To analyze the efficacy of Baofukang suppository combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cervical high-risk HPV(HPV)infection.Methods One hundred and twenty patients were selected from the gynaecology department of our hospital as subjects of this study,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was observed and not treated,The observation group was treated with Baofukang suppository combined with traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The clinical treatment effect of the observation group(90.000%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.667%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HPV conversion rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Baofukang suppository and traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of high-risk HPV infection of the cervix can improve the conversion rate of HPV to a certain extent,thus improving the clinical treatment effect of patients.
