血清碱性磷酸酶活性与口腔鳞状细胞癌临床病理参数的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)在口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)中的水平,分析其与临床病理特征的相互关系。方法采用病例对照研究设计,收集2016年1月至2017年12月就诊于西安交通大学口腔医院的118例未经治疗的OSCC患者(OSCC组),所有病例均经临床和组织病理学证实。同时收集健康者100例作为健康对照组。采用全自动生化分析仪(BS-300)对空腹ALP的活性进行评价,分析ALP水平与病理参数之间的关系。结果 26.3%(31/118)的OSCC患者出现ALP水平升高。OSCC组平均ALP水平显著高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.385,P<0.05)。临床分期Ⅲ～Ⅳ期患者的血清平均ALP水平较Ⅰ～Ⅱ期明显升高,有淋巴结转移的患者血清平均ALP水平显著高于无淋巴结转移的患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清ALP在OSCC中表达增高,且与临床病理参数相关。Objective To investigate the expression of serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP)in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC),and to analyze its relationship with clinicopathological features.Methods A case-control study was designed,118 untreated OSCC patients(OSCC group)admitted to the Stomatological Hospital of Xi′an Jiaotong University from January 2016 to December 2017 were collected,all cases were clinically and histopathologically confirmed.At the same time,100 healthy people were collected as healthy control group.The activity of serum ALP was evaluated by automatic biochemical analyzer(BS-300),and the relationship between ALP expression level and pathological parametersd was analyzed.Results 26.3%(31/118)of OSCC patients showed increased ALP.The average ALP level in the OSCC group was significantly higher than that in the healthy control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.385,P<0.05).The average serum ALP level in patients with clinical stageⅢ-Ⅳwas significantly higher than that in stageⅠ-Ⅱ,the average serum ALP level of patients with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that of patients without lymph node metastasis,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum ALP expression is increased in OSCC.It is also related to clinicopathological parameters.
