摘  要:目的通过观察吸烟、非吸烟牙周炎人群牙龈组织中β防御素2、3的表达,探讨吸烟与牙周炎的关系。方法选取2018年3月~8月在我院口腔科就诊的诊断为牙周炎的患者40作为研究对象,将其分为吸烟组(吸烟者)和非吸烟组(非吸烟者),各20例,应用免疫组织化学染色及Image-Pro Plus 6.0图像处理分析系统检测牙龈组织中hBD2和hBD3的分布和表达并进行统计分析。结果无论是吸烟还是非吸烟牙周炎患者牙龈组织中均有hBD2和hBD3的表达,且吸烟组hBD2和hBD3的表达强度均明显低于非吸烟组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论吸烟可能会通过牙龈组织中hBD2和hBD3的表达减弱,降低机体的防御能力,促进牙周炎的进一步发展,对患者产生消极影响。Objective To explore the relationship between smoking and periodontal disease by observing the expression of beta defensin 2 and beta defensin 3 in the gingival tissues of smokers and non-smokers with periodontitis.Methods The gingival tissues were collected individually from 20 cases of smokers and 20 cases of non-smokers with periodontitis.The distribution and content variation of hBD2 and hBD3 were detected by immunohistochemical staining and Image-Pro Plus 6.0 image processing system.Results Both smokers and nonsmokers expressed hBD2 and hBD3 in the gingival tissues.However,the expression of hBD2 and hBD3 in the smoking group was significantly lower than the non-smoking group(P<0.01).Conclusion Smoking can decrease the expression of hBD2 and hBD3 in gingival tissue,reduce the local defense,and has an aggravation effect on periodontitis.
