The Effect of Standardized Training for New Nurses in Psychiatric Department of General Hospital

摘  要:目的探析综合医院精神科新护士规范化培训的开展效果情况。方法以我院精神科招收的新护士38名作为研究对象。对新护士进行综合规范化培训,并应用注册护士核心能力量表、操作考核和理论考试等方式,评定开展培训工作前后新护士取得培训效果情况。结果经培训后,新护士的满意率为89.47%;培训后,新护士的操作和理论考核合格率情况均优于培训前,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);培训后,新护士的教育咨询和领导能力、评判性思维和专业发展、人际关系和临床护理及理论实践等CIRN评分则高于培训前,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对精神科新护士而言,规范化培训的开展能使其护理质量显著提高,且对护理质量满意度的提升具有促进作用。Objective To analyze the effect of standardized training of new nurses in psychiatric department of general hospital.Methods 38 new nurses enrolled in the psychiatric department of our hospital were taken as the research objects.Comprehensive and standardized training was conducted for new nurses,and the training effect of new nurses before and after training was evaluated by using the core competence scale of registered nurses,operational assessment and theoretical examination. Results After training,the satisfaction rate of new nurses was 89.47%. After training,the qualified rate of operation and theoretical assessment of new nurses was better than that before training,with statistical significance (P<0.05).After the training,the CIRN scores of new nurses in education consultation and leadership,critical thinking and professional development, interpersonal relationship,clinical nursing and theoretical practice were higher than those before the training,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For new psychiatric nurses,the development of standardized training can significantly improve the quality of care and promote the satisfaction of nursing quality.
