摘  要:以丙烯酸改性松香与甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)的酯化物(RAG)为二元醇,甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)为单体,制备了预聚物,然后用1,4-丁二醇进行扩链,合成了丙烯酸改性松香基TDI型聚氨酯(RPU)。利用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、热重分析、差示扫描量热分析、X射线衍射分析等对RPU进行测试表征,探讨了单体比例对RPU涂膜性能、相对分子质量、黏度及接触角的影响。结果表明,随着RAG含量增加,RPU热稳定性增强,玻璃化转变温度升高,静态水接触角增大,相对分子质量减小,黏度降低;当n(TDI)∶n(RAG)∶n(1,4-BDO)=1. 2∶0. 8∶0. 4时,RPU涂膜综合性能较优。An acrylic modified rosin-based polyurethane (RPU) was prepared by prepolymer process using a-crylic acid rosin and glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) ester (RAG) as diol,toluene-2,4-diisocyanate (TDI) as monomer,and 1,4- butanediol (1,4-BDO)as chain extender. The RPU was characterized by FT-IR,TGA, DSC,XRD,1H-NMR, contact angle analysis,molecular weight and viscosity analysis. And the influence of the proportion of different monomers on the performance of the film was discussed. The results show that with increase of the RAG content in the monomer ratio, the thermal stability, glass transition temperature and static water contact angle of RPU resin increase,molecular weight decreases,while the viscosity of the RPU decreases. When the monomer ratio for n(TDI): n(RAG): n(1,4-BDO)=1.2 : 0.8 : 0.4,the comprehensive performance of the RPU film is prominent.
