摘  要:从异步冷轧工艺的轧制物理特点出发,以轧制过程为系统研究对象,构建异步冷轧工艺系统耦合振动模型,获得异步冷轧振动方程,继而简化为单自由度水平振动方程,并且运用Melnikov方法,对异步冷轧工艺系统进行混沌分析,确定性态发生变化的条件,再通过数值仿真的研究方法,获得系统不同条件下的相图、庞加莱截面图等特性,并分析这些特性,为减小异步冷轧机振动、提高板材质量提供理论参考。Based on the rolling physical characteristics of the asynchronous cold rolling process,the rolling process is taken as the system research object,and the coupled vibration model of the asynchronous cold rolling process system is established.The asynchronous cold rolling vibration equation is obtained,which is then simplified to a single degree of freedom horizontal vibration equation.Using the Melnikov method,the chaotic analysis of the asynchronous cold rolling process system is carried out to determine the conditions for the change of the behavior,and then the numerical simulation method is used to obtain the phase diagram and the Poincaré cross-section of the system under different conditions.Analysis of these characteristics provides a theoretical reference for reducing the vibration of the asynchronous cold rolling mill and improving the quality of the sheet.
