摘  要:武汉市东湖创新示范区有轨电车T2实验线工程,跨武黄高速公路段采用三跨钢-混组合曲线连续梁桥,曲率半径为150 m,钢箱梁与桥面板采用均布式剪力钉连接.由于桥梁呈小曲线半径,曲线段桥面板受弯扭复合作用,剪力钉不仅受顺桥向剪力作用,同时也承受横桥向剪力,剪力钉受力十分复杂,因此,研究钢-混组合曲线梁桥剪力钉受力特性是十分必要的.文中采用ABAQUS有限元软件,通过弹簧单元Springs/Dashpots模拟剪力钉、实体单元C3D8模拟混凝土桥面板、壳单元S4R模拟钢箱梁,桁架单元T3D2模拟预应力筋,建立了全桥精细化空间有限元模型,研究四种工况组合下桥梁剪力钉空间受力特性.结果表明,在四种工况作用下桥梁剪力钉顺桥向剪力,在边跨跨中、 D6和D7支点附近最大,最大值为61.38 kN;剪力钉横桥向最大值在D7墩附近,为23.33 kN;与直线段相比,桥梁曲线段剪力钉存在明显的横桥向作用,在弯扭复合作用下,剪力钉受力复杂;在四种工况作用下最大剪应力为66.3 kN,小于剪力钉抗剪强度,满足规范要求.In Wuhan East Lake Innovation Demonstration Zone Tram T2 Experimental Line Project,a three-span steel-concrete composite curved continuous girder bridge with a radius of curvature of 150m is adopted for the section crossing Wuhuang Expressway,and the steel box girder and the bridge deck are connected by uniformly distributed shear studs.Due to the small curve radius of the bridge,the curved section of the bridge deck is subjected to bending and torsion combined action,and the shear studs is not only subjected to the shear force along the bridge direction,but also to the shear force along the transverse bridge direction.Therefore,it is very necessary for shear stress analysis of shear studs in the Tram Curved Steel-Concrete Composite Beam Bridge.In this paper,ABAQUS finite element software was used to establish a refined spatial finite element model of the whole bridge and to study the spatial stress characteristics of the bridge shear studs under four combinations of working conditions.The results show that under the four working conditions,the shear studs shear force along the bridge is the largest in the mid-span,D6 and D7 fulcrum of the side span,and the maximum value is 61.38kN.The maximum value of shear studs transverse bridge is near the D7 pier with 23.33kN.Compared with the straight section,the shear studs of the curved section of the bridge has obvious transverse action.Under the combined action of bending and torsion,shear studs bears complex force.The maximum shear stress under four working conditions is 66.3KN,which is less than the shear strength of shear studs and meets the specification requirements.
