摘  要:高温剪切下料(又称锻造温度下料)是指在线将坯料加热到锻造温度下进行剪切的一种下料工艺,其在节能节材和实现模锻工艺的自动化和连续化方面有着不可替代的优势。本文通过总结和分析国内外关于高温剪切工艺的发展现状,结合现有的精密剪切技术和装备,针对性的提出了适合高温剪切的下料方式和剪切模具:斜面加压剪切有效地避免了棒料剪切过程中由于翘曲引起的剪切精度不高,是一种理想的高温剪切下料方式;在模具的表面进行堆焊和相应的热处理得到的剪切模使用寿命长且易于修复,是理想的高温剪切模具。The high temperature shearing(also called forging temperature cutting)refers to the technology that billets are heated on-line to be sheared at forging temperature.The technology has the irreplaceable advantages of energy saving and material saving and automation and serialization of forging process.Through summarizing and analyzing the high temperature shearing development at home and abroad,it combines the current sophisticated shearing technique and equipment,the cutting method and shearing die suiting for the high temperature shearing are put forward specifically in this paper.The ramp compression shearing is the ideal high temperature shearing because of avoiding the poor shearing accuracy caused by warping in the shearing process.The ideal high temperature shearing die obtained by overlaying and heat treatment on the die surface.It has a long service life and is easier to fix.
