摘　　要：针对散粮垂直输送作业时,斗式提升机破碎率较高与波状挡边带式输送机漏料严重的问题,提出了一种新型的散粮提升输送机——挡边斗式输送机。该机从结构上消除了斗式提升机在进料、出料时,物料与料斗、机头罩及机座内壁冲击、刮擦、回料等产生的物料破碎,故能够有效地降低物料破碎率;并且也不漏料。Aiming at the problems of high breakage rate of bucket elevator and serious leakage of belt conveyor of corrugated sidewall in bulk grain vertical conveying operation,a new type of bulk grain broken edge bucket conveyor was proposed.The structure of the machine eliminated the impact of scraping and recycling between the materials and hoppers,hood and the inner wall of the frame when the bucket elevator was feeding or discharging,which could effectively reduce the crushing rate of materials,and there was no leakage.
