摘　　要：目的探讨Fibulin-3在膀胱癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测60例膀胱癌石蜡包埋标本中Fibulin-3的表达,以癌旁正常膀胱组织作对照,并将检测结果结合患者的临床资料进行分析。结果 Fibulin-3在60例膀胱癌和癌旁正常膀胱组织中均有表达,在膀胱癌中的表达明显高于癌旁正常膀胱组织(χ~2=53.197,P <0.01)。Fibulin-3的表达与膀胱癌的浸润深度、有无远处转移、TNM分期及是否复发密切相关(P <0.05),而与性别、年龄和分化程度无关(P> 0.05)。结论膀胱癌中Fibulin-3的高表达与肿瘤的发生、侵袭和转移有关,可作为反应膀胱癌生物学行为和判断预后的有效指标。Objective To identify the role of Fibulin-3 in bladder cancer.Methods 60 specimens of bladder cancer were collected from patients who underwent operation in Dalian Central Hospital from 2008 to 2016.Expression of Fibulin-3 in the specimens was examined by immunohistochemical staining.The correlations between Fibulin-3 and clinical features of patients were studied.Results Fibulin-3 expression was significantly higher in bladder cancer than that in the normal controls(χ^2=53.197,P﹤0.01).Over-expression of Fibulin-3 in bladder cancer was positively associated with invasion,metastasis,stageⅢ~Ⅳand relapse(P﹤0.05).No significant differences were observed among fibulin-3,patients’age,gender and differentiation.Conclusions Up-regulation of Fibulin-3 was positively correlated with invasion and metastasis in bladder cancer.Fibulin-3 may be a useful biomarker for estimating biological behavior and prognosis of bladder cancer.
