摘  要:全科住培医师对全科医师职业的认同影响着他们服务基层的信念、职业发展的态度以及全科医师队伍的稳定性。基于对某医院全科住培医师职业认同的调查结果并结合国内相关研究现状,从人员、制度、方法、环境四个方面的因素剖析全科住培医师职业感低的根本原因。结合该院全科住培工作实践从教学基地层面、社区层面以及国家层面探寻提升全科住培医师职业认同感的教育途径。The professional identity of the general resident doctorsin standardized training affects their beliefs in serving the grass-roots level, attitudes toward career development, and the stability of the general practitioner team. Based on the survey results of professional identity of the general resident doctors in standardized training in a hospital and combined with the relevant domestic research status, this paper analyzed the root causes of low occupational awareness of general practitioners from four aspects: personnel, institution, method and environment.Combining with the practice of general resident physician in standardized training in our hospital, this paper explored the educational approaches to enhance the professional identity of general residential doctors from the teaching base level, community level and national level.
