摘  要:将PNN网络运行于CVT液压系统的故障诊断,阐述了基于PNN网络进行液压系统故障诊断的基本原理,结合CVT液压系统结构特点和工作原理,编制了基于PNN神经网络的故障诊断系统,对故障模式进行了识别。利用Matlab/Simulink软件进行仿真分析,在不同样本数量及SPREAD下研究PNN网络的预测诊断率。仿真结果表明:该方法具有良好的故障模式识别能力,对CVT液压系统具有良好的适用性。The principle of neural network's PNN algorithm was introduced.Combining with the structure feature and work principle of the CVT hydraulic system,a fault diagnosis system based on PNN neural network was established.The feasibility of the system was proved through the identification,emulation and experimentation of hydraulic system's fault patterns.The PNN control model was simulated using Matlab/Simulink toolbox.The PNN network predictive diagnostic rate of this model was analyzed and studied under different sample sizes and SPREAD.The simulation results show that this method has favorable identified capability of fault mode and favorable applicability to the CVT hydraulic systems.
