摘  要:针对烟草田间管理作业需求,设计了一种全液压驱动的龙门架式履带作业车,液压系统采用伺服阀控制液压马达,提高了履带车整体的可控性。采用Solid Works Simulation软件对满负载爬坡、转向和施肥作业3种典型工况下车架强度进行了校核,并选取空载、负载1、负载2的3种典型工况进行了试验分析。结果表明:在3种工况下履带车的平均偏驶率为4.12%、4.28%、4.62%。在搭配作业部件的情况下,履带车直线行驶满足国家标准要求,该液压控制方案可行。A fully hydraulically driven gantry-type track operation vehicle is designed according to the demand of tobacco field management. Servo valve was used in hydraulic system to control motors in order to improve the overall controllability of track. At the same time, SolidWorks Simulation software was used to check the frame strength under three typical conditions of full load climbing, steering and fertilization. Finally, 3 typical conditions of no-load, load 1, load 2 were analyzed. The results show that the average rate of deviation under three conditions is 4.12%, 4.28%, 4.62%. Driving straight of track with working parts can meet the national standards, the This hydraulic control system is feasible.
