饲粮中添加紫花苜蓿草粉对蒙古马运动性能及养分表观消化率的影响

摘　　要：本试验旨在探讨饲粮中添加不同水平的紫花苜蓿草粉对蒙古马运动性能及养分表观消化率的影响,试验选用体重、年龄、体尺、运动成绩相近的蒙古马27匹随机分为3组,每个组3个重复,每个重复3匹,1组饲喂基础日粮为对照组,2、3组分别在基础日粮中添加2.5%、5.0%紫花苜蓿草粉,试验开始第20天对各组马匹逐个进行20 km模拟比赛,在赛后0、20 min测定试验马匹的体温、脉搏、呼吸等运动性能,采集粪便测定养分表观消化率。结果表明:(1)试验2、3组平均速度高于1组(P> 0.05);试验2、3组赛后0 min体温低于1组(P> 0.05);试验3组赛后5 min呼吸频率较1组相比降低22.3%(P <0.05);试验3组赛后0、20 min的心率较1组相比分别降低15.3%,33.1%(P <0.05)。(2)试验2、3组的有机物、粗蛋白质、钙、磷表观消化率均高于1组(P> 0.05);试验3组干物质、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率较1组相比分别提高10.0%、13.4%、15.5%(P <0.05)。综上,在饲料中添加5.0%紫花苜蓿草粉可提高蒙古马运动性能,有利于运动后生理指标的快速恢复,同时提高养分表观消化率。To investigate the effects of different levels of alfalfa meal on sport performance and nutrient apparent digestibility of Mongolia horse,a total of 27 horses in Mongolia with the same body weight,age,body size and athletic performance were randomly divided into 3 groups.Each group had 3 replicates and 3 replicates per group,the 1 group was fed the basal diet as the control group,while the 2 and 3 groups added 2.5%or 5%alfalfa powder to the basal diet respectively.At the beginning of the experiment,20 km simulated matches were performed on each group of horses,and the temperature,pulse and respiration of horses were tested by 0 min and 20 min after the race,and the performance of the horses was tested by 0 min and 20 min after the race,faeces were collected to determine the apparent digestibility of nutrients.The results showed that:(1)the average speed of group 2 and 3 was higher than that of the 1 group(P >0.05);The body temperature of 0 min in group 2 and group 3 was lower than that in 1 group(P >0.05);the respiratory rate of 5 min in the 3 group increased by 22.3%compared with the 1 group(P<0.05);The heart rate of 0 min and 20 min of the 3 group increased by 15.3%and 33.1%compared with the 1 groups respectively(P<0.05).(2)The apparent digestibility of organic matter,crude protein,calcium and phosphorus in test 2 and 3 groups was higher than that in 1 group(P >0.05).The apparent digestibility of dry matter,neutral detergent fiber and acidic detergent fiber in the 3 groups increased by 10%,13.4%and 15.5%compared with the 1 group(P<0.05).It was concluded that adding 5%alfalfa powder to the feed could improve the performance of Mongolia horse,which was beneficial to the rapid recovery of physiological indexes after exercise and the increase of nutrient apparent digestibility.
