摘 要:岸边集装箱起重机(岸桥)的大型化使其更易遭受自然灾害,研究大型岸桥结构地震响应特征和破坏形式是当前急需解决的问题。受试验条件限制,目前还无法对岸桥原型进行地震动力学试验,有限元仿真分析是目前使用最广泛的方法,但其结果的可靠性还有待商榷。针对某一大型岸桥结构进行有限元建模并进行一系列不同地震载荷工况下的时程分析,结合缩尺模型振动台地震模拟试验,综合分析岸桥结构的地震动态特性。试验结果分析能为岸桥的抗震研究及减隔振处理、模型试验提供参考依据。The size increasing of container cranes has resulted in vulnerability to seismic loads. To explore the response characteristics and failure mode of large container cranes under earthquake loads is one of the problems needed to be solved urgently. Currently, due to the limitation of test conditions, it is impossible to conduct seismic dynamic test for the prototype of the container cranes. Finite element simulation analysis is the most widely used method, but the reliability of this method and its results remains to be discussed. In this paper, finite element modeling of a large container crane structure is carried out, and a series of time-history analyses under different seismic load conditions is performed. Based on the shaking table seismic simulation tests for the scaled model, the seismic dynamic characteristics of the container crane structure are comprehensively analyzed. The analysis of test results can provide a reference for seismic research, vibration reduction and isolation treatment and model test of container cranes.
