高度近视白内障眼植入Bigbag与209M人工晶体术后的比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨Bigbag人工晶体植入高度近视白内障眼的临床疗效。方法:选取行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术的高度近视白内障患者共26例(26眼),按植入人工晶体不同分两组,A组为Bigbag组13例,B组为209M组13例。分析两组手术前后视力、中轴区后囊膜到视网膜的距离变化及术后并发症、满意度。结果:(1)两组术后视力均有不同程度提高;(2)两组后囊膜混浊发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05);(3)两组手术前后中轴区晶体后囊膜与视网膜距离差变化差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);(4)Bigbag组患者夜间发生眩光现象少于209M组(P<0. 05)。结论:Bigbag人工晶体及209M人工晶体在高度近视白内障患者眼中的临床应用都是安全有效的,与209M人工晶体相比,其植入疗效更佳,患者更满意。Objective: To compare the clinical effect of Bigbag intraocular lens and 209M artificial lens implanted for patients with cataract and high myopia.Methods: Twenty-six patients with high myopic cataract received cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation were included,and equally divided into two Bigbag group and 209M group by the intraocular lens implanted.Clinical data,including changes of visual acuity before and after implantation,the distance between posterior capsule of central axis and retina,postoperative complications and satisfaction,were retrospectively analyzed.Results:①Postoperative visual acuity was improved in patients in the two groups;②Incidence of posterior capsule opacity was insignificant between groups ( P > 0.05);③There was significant difference in the distance between posterior capsular and retina in the axial region before and after implantation( P< 0.05);④Patients in Bigbag group had less event of nocturnal glare than those in the 209M group ( P< 0.05).Conclusion: Clinically,both Bigbag intraocular lens and 209M artificial lens can be safe and effective for patients with cataract and high myopia,yet the Bigbag lens more effective,and receives better satisfaction from patients.
