升运履带式马铃薯播种机的设计

摘　　要：分析了马铃薯播种机在播种的过程中存在的缺点,在满足播种的农艺要求的情况下,设计了一种新型马铃薯播种机。该播种机创新使用了升运履带式排种器,通过取种勺交叉取种的方式减小漏播和重播及播种不均匀的现象。覆土器采用组装式双圆盘覆土器,加大了圆盘的直径,解决了覆土量过大的问题。同时,对其他的关键部件进行设计,包括开沟器的选型及行走轮的设计。田间试验结果表明:所设计的马铃薯播种器结构合理,达到了预期的设计目标。A new type of potato planter has been designed by analyzing the shortcomings of potato planter in the process of sowing on the basis of meeting the requirements of sowing agronomy.The elevator crawler is innovated to be used in the seeding device, the method of cross picking is used to reduce the phenomenons of miss-seeding, reseeding and uneven seeding;Covering device is assembled double disk retainer, witch are useful for increasing disk diameter and solving the problem of overburden.
