基于GIS的“多规合一”信息平台构建与探讨

摘　　要：随着城市化进程的加快,"多规合一"已成为国内城市空间规划发展的热点,而"多规合一"信息平台是支撑"多规合一"应用的重要信息化技术手段。基于实现部门间数据信息共享与互动,采用GIS分析技术,结合蚌埠市"多规合一"信息平台建设工作实际,构建了以一张蓝图为载体、实现信息共享、促进业务协同的信息化平台。通过总结平台取得的成效及工作经验,为具有相关建设需求的地区和部门提供参考。With the acceleration of urbanization,“multi-regulation integration”has become a hot spot in urban spatial planning and development,and“multi-regulation integration”information platform is an important information technology means to support the application of“multi-regulation integration”.Based on the realization of data information sharing and interaction among departments and the application of GIS analysis technology,and combined with the actual construction work of Bengbu“multi-regulation”information platform,an information platform was constructed with a blueprint as the carrier to realize information sharing and promote business collaboration.By summarizing the achievements and working experience of the platform,it can provide references for the regions and departments with relevant construction needs.
